In this report proxy advisory firm IIAS recommends shareholders vote in favour of the company's grant of ESOPs.
'According to clause 22.2 A of the SEBI ESOS 1999 guidelines, if a stock option plan was created before a company’s IPO and the company decides to grant options under that plan post-IPO, the approval of shareholders needs to be taken through a special resolution.'
